1. Our commitment

C&C Security Inc. DBA Zelop Hometown Store ("Zelop," "we," "us" or "our") is committed to making this website usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. Accessibility is also a procurement requirement for many of the public agencies we serve, and we treat it as part of doing business with them properly.

We work to ensure that our website provides equivalent access to information and functionality regardless of the assistive technology a visitor uses.

2. Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, published by the World Wide Web Consortium, and we design with the requirements of Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act and the Americans with Disabilities Act in mind.

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content may not yet fully conform to the standard. We test regularly and remediate issues as they are identified.

3. Measures we take

• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and decorative graphics marked so screen readers skip them.
• Text and interface colors chosen and checked for sufficient contrast against their backgrounds.
• Full keyboard operability, with a visible focus indicator on every interactive element.
• Form fields with programmatically associated labels, clearly marked required fields and error messages announced to assistive technology.
• Respect for the operating system's reduced motion preference, which disables non-essential animation.
• Responsive layouts that remain usable when text is enlarged or the browser window is narrow.
• Accessible names on icon-only controls, and status messages announced through live regions.

4. Compatibility and technical specifications

This website is designed to work with recent versions of major browsers, including Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge, on desktop and mobile, in combination with common screen readers such as VoiceOver, NVDA and JAWS.

Accessibility relies on HTML, CSS, JavaScript and WAI-ARIA. Where JavaScript is unavailable, the content of this website remains readable and navigable.

5. Known limitations

Despite our efforts, some limitations may remain:

• Embedded third-party content. Maps, social media embeds and other third-party components are controlled by their providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA. Where such content conveys information, we provide the same information in accessible text nearby.
• Documents. Some downloadable documents, including PDF versions of our capability statement, may not be fully tagged for accessibility. An accessible alternative is available on request, and the same information is published in HTML on our government page.
• Third-party product images and data. Manufacturer-supplied imagery and specification content may not include complete descriptive text. We add descriptions as we identify gaps.

6. Alternative formats and assistance

If you cannot access any content or complete any function on this website, we will provide the information or complete the transaction for you through an alternative channel at no additional cost.
