C&C Security Inc. DBA Zelop Hometown Store ("Zelop," "we," "us" or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and disclose it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to this website, to quotations, orders and support we provide, and to communications you receive from us, including email and text messages.
This policy does not apply to third-party websites, platforms or services that we link to but do not control. Please review their privacy policies separately.
Zelop operates in the United States and this website is directed to businesses, government agencies and institutional buyers located in the United States.
2. Information we collect
Information you provide directly. When you request a quote, place an order, apply to become a vendor, subscribe to updates or otherwise contact us, we may collect:
- Identifiers such as your name, job title, employer or agency, business email address, business mailing address and telephone or mobile number.
- Commercial information such as requirement details, part or model numbers, quantities, delivery addresses, solicitation or purchase order references, quotation history and order history.
- Communications content, including the messages, attachments and specifications you send us and our responses.
- Consent records, including whether you agreed to our Terms and whether you opted in to receive text messages, together with the date, time and method of that consent.
Information collected automatically. When you visit this website, our hosting and analytics providers may automatically collect internet or network activity information such as IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, links clicked and the date and time of your visit. This information is used to operate, secure and improve the website.
Information from other sources. We may receive information from public procurement systems, publicly available business directories, our suppliers and carriers in connection with a delivery, and from service providers who help us operate our business.
Sensitive personal information. We do not seek to collect Social Security numbers, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, precise geolocation, biometric data, health information or information about race, religion, union membership, sexual orientation or immigration status. Please do not send this information to us.
3. How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We disclose personal information only as described below.
- Service providers. Vendors who perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, customer relationship management, email and messaging delivery, analytics, payment processing, accounting and IT support. They are permitted to use the information only to provide services to us.
- Suppliers, manufacturers and carriers. Where necessary to source, ship, deliver, install or warranty the products you ordered, we share the information required to complete that task, such as a delivery contact and address.
- Legal and safety. Where we believe disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or is necessary to enforce our agreements, protect our rights or protect the safety of any person.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization or sale of assets, subject to the receiving party honoring this policy.
- With your direction. Where you ask us to share information, for example with a prime contractor, a teaming partner or a colleague on your procurement team.
5. Text messaging and mobile data
If you provide a mobile number and expressly opt in, Zelop Hometown Store may send you text (SMS) messages relating to your quotation, order, delivery or account, and customer care messages. Consent to receive text messages is never a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You may reply STOP to any message to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance. We retain a record of your opt-in and any opt-out request in order to honor your choice and to demonstrate compliance.

6. Cookies and tracking technologies
We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage and similar technologies to keep the website functioning, remember your preferences, measure traffic and understand how the site is used. Strictly necessary cookies are required for the site to operate. Analytics cookies help us improve content and performance.
Most browsers let you refuse or delete cookies through their settings. Disabling cookies may affect parts of the website.
Do Not Track. Our website does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals, because no common industry standard for them has been adopted. We do process opt-out preference signals such as Global Privacy Control where required by applicable law.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, and then for the period required to comply with our legal, tax, accounting, warranty and contractual obligations. Records relating to government contracts and public procurement may be retained for longer periods where a contract or applicable regulation requires it. Records of text messaging consent and opt-out requests are retained for as long as necessary to honor and evidence your choice.
8. Security
We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, use, alteration and destruction. These include access controls, encryption of data in transit, and limiting access to personnel who need it to perform their role.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or other sensitive data through this website's forms or by unencrypted email.
9. Your privacy rights

- Right to non-discrimination. We will not deny goods or services, charge different prices or provide a different level of service because you exercised a privacy right.
- Right to appeal. Where applicable state law provides it, you may appeal a decision we make regarding your request by replying to our response.
How to submit a request. Email info@z-hts.com with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call (760) 398-3034. We will verify your identity using information we already hold, typically the email address or phone number associated with your records, before acting on a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law, generally 45 days, and may extend that period where permitted.
Authorized agents. An authorized agent may submit a request on your behalf with written permission signed by you. We may still contact you directly to confirm the request.
California Shine the Light. California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not make such disclosures. You may submit a request to info@z-hts.com.
10. Children's privacy
This website and our services are directed to businesses and public agencies, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact info@z-hts.com and we will delete it.
11. Third-party links and platforms
Our website links to third-party sites and platforms, including our Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok pages, and embedded map services. We do not control those services, and their collection and use of information is governed by their own privacy policies.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on this page. Your continued use of the website after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
